Energy Healing and Intuitive Guidance
During a session Carly serves as a channel for the life force (ki or chi) to move through the client’s body in order to activate healing energy within receptive points on the body. Each session is uniquely guided by the divine. Depending on the sessions needs can incorporate Reiki and Shamanic Lightwork as well as chakra balancing, polarity therapy and marma therapy, and sound therapy to assist the body in it's healing process. She will deliver any intuitive messages and guidance that was recieved at the end of the session.
This can create lasting effects in the way it opens the energy channels in the body and allows an opening and awakening for the soul to fully express itself. After the session she will sit with you and discuss what occurred and how to integrate your experience.

Tarot and Angel Card Reading
This can bring clarity for times of feeling at a crossroads. You may feel lost or unsure of the direction to take in life. You don’t have to have a question, you can see what the divine wants you to hear in the present moment that can serve you best. The divine may not always give you a direct answers, sometimes it will give you guidance around something but may want you to follow the mystery of your souls intuited guidance. Each session is unique for your energy at the time, Tarot cards can be a beautiful tool of guidance that bring information for what you intuitively already know within.

Flower Essence Therapy
Flower essences are energetic imprints of the life force of plants which interact with these subtle bodies of the human being, and evoke specific qualities within each individual.

Private Meditation and Guided Journey
Sessions will focus on pranayama. She will guide a variety of breathing technique or you to go home and incorporate into your life on a daily basis. She works with each person in a unique way and teaches meditaion specifically to best suite there needs. You may also request Shamanic past life journey, guided journey to energy cords, power animal journey, journey to meet your guided or loved ones. You can experience visions and receive answers to questions you have through your guided journey that can guided you on your path. After the session you can discuss what was experienced.
