This course will give you the materials and wisdom to teach your own Chakra course. Each month is an in depth look into each major chakra and how it relates to your energy on a daily basis. You will gain insight on how to come back into balance using a variety of techniques including yoga poses, nutrition and various ways to empower and restore your energy.
*This 7-class workshop meets once per month on first Thursday of each month from November-May.
